* Certificate of Good Moral Character (CoGMC)
* Copy of Transcript of Grades (CTOG)
* Copy of Permanent School Record (CPSR)

with subject OD-document code (e.g. CoEnrol for Certificate
of Enrolment). Documents will be available for pick up at
PLC-Main 7 working days after receipt of request. A fee will
be charged prior to release to the student's parents or
