Witty and
articulate Senior, Tobby Ong literally talked his way out to
win Second Place in Rotary Club’s Speech Competition, “One
Voice” which was held October 25 at the Baguio Country Club.
This entitles him to qualify for the Regional Competition
which will be held on November 25 also at the Baguio Country
Club.
