Phases Athletes make
it to the CARAA
Keno Mendoza, Grade Four was among the
Taekwondo Delegation who represented Baguio in the recent CARAA
which was held in Tabuk, Kalinga . Despite his huge
opponents and jeers amid the cheers of the locals, Keno
managed to bag the Silver Medal in his division. Way to go,
Keno!!!
Meanwhile, Phases volleybelle, Mychal
Bernal joined theBaguio Volleyball Team and earned the
admiration of the onlookers as she tirelessly delivered her
crucial tosses which led the team to the Finals. In a twist
of fate however, they were overpowered by the team from
Kalinga, hence, settling for the Silver or Second Place.
The good news is that Mychal Bernal along with team mate Mia
Cawed will join the CAR team in the Palarong Pambansa which
will be held in Koronadal, South Cotabato this April 23 –
28, 2007. Good luck to you, Mychal!!! |
